Hello! I'm Ryan, your holistic health and nutrition coach. Let me be honest when I say I'm not perfect and I don't expect you to be either. I'm just here to help you find balance in your diet and your life!
I'm optimistic with the goal of making the world a healthier and happier place, one client at a time! My goal is to help you feel better and love yourself more, so you can radiate peace, joy, and kindness wherever you show up in the world.
When we focus on our own self-love and care, we are able to show up as the person we want to be in all aspects of our lives. But this is no easy feat. Daily self-love and care takes time, effort, intention, dedication, and presence. It also requires awareness - Do you know what is best for your body physically & emotionally? Are your current exercises supporting your overall health? What about your eating habits? Your career? Your relationships?
Our health is multi-dimensional, as it is affected by all areas in our lives. So when you work with me, we will not only focus on nutrition and physical health, but we will also dive deeper into work that stretches beyond the kitchen... hence the term, holistic health.
Overall, I strive to help you find balance and align with your highest self. Eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep are all forms of self-care and love, but so is letting yourself have fun and enjoying life as it comes. A key factor for healthy living is to remember the most important part... living! At Salty Soul Lifestyle, health is a lifestyle, not an adjective.
